I live in the woods and worry about ticks. I don’t ever want to feel one crawling up my ass…or anywhere else. Sorry you went through that, and so much more.
Great advice Maureen, " restlessness is a sensation that we should lean into, recognize for what it is, and let go of, " Wonderful way to start the week. And the colors in the peacock--fabulous. Onward
Great post. Life is so random . Deep down after experiencing some life changing events , we may fall into what I refer to as "white knuckling" the day . Holding tight to things , perhaps already gone except it's aftermath.
The sketch of the pretty Giraffe admire both renderings but lean towards the back and white. ✌️🐾🐶🌞
Oh yes, the black and white. Driving across the African savannah on safari, the air was perfumed with African Basil. We asked the guide to stop and pick some so I could photograph it—a lovely memory, one I'm trying to capture in the waves. xo
Yikes!! You have been dealing with a lot! Hoping and praying both you and dear sweet Coop are recovering quickly and fully! Altho, his treatment will most likely be chronic, yours should not be, thank God! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I’m so sorry to be so late in responding - I’ve been out of the loop this past week - worked the opening shift, which means an average of 3hr daily in my commuting time! And I’m working with a trainer as I’m getting back to the gym, so my days have been jam-packed. Promise to keep in better touch going forward! Please give Cooper a good, long snuggle for me along with an extra treat!! Miss you all!! Love you! 😘💕 🐾
Great work doing your cleanup up, but I was totally taken aback when I saw your last drawing , amazing piece of art.
Thanks for reading to the end! ❤️ I love that piece too. Good morning Sally.
What a story, Maureen! I hope you’re both better now.
And thank you for reading. ❤️
Thanks! We are, though strangely, the day I finished my antibiotics, I pulled another tick out of my calf muscle! Unbelievable!

The audacity of tick season. I'm looking into anti-tick patches. I'll keep you posted. xo

Good morning Trish. Well, it's Monday in the trucking business, and not a gram of restlessness today! Hah! What a luxury in hindsight. xo
